Currently, ALDLdroid Has 159 Reviews With Average Vote Value 4.7 ALDLdroid is an application for OBD1 GM (ALDL) ECMs. It currently supports 160 baud and 8192 baud protocols.ALDLdroid supports TunerPro (ADX) files for data logging, just make sure you have the ADX file for your ECM before purchasing the app. If the app does not come pre-packaged with the ADX file you need, you will need to add your file to the ADX directory of the ALDLdroid folder on your Android device after you launch the app for the first time and the folder structure has been created.The app also has been used in addition to GM ECMs. With proper XDF file (make sure your file is not encrypted), it can do tuning file editing on other car/motorcycle brands like BMW N54, Buell, DSM, Ducati, Ford, Holden, Nissan , Porsche, Volvo, Fiat, Renault, etc. Just make sure you get the XDF file for your app before purchasing it. The tuning section also uses TunerPro (XDF) files to allow editing of BIN files. Real-time tuning is currently supported on Moates Ostrich and Moates AutoProm hardware. Also added real-time tuning for NVRAM-based ECUs (only tested with Australian ECUs such as the Delco '808). Chip programming is also possible using Moates BURN1/BURN2 hardware. Currently, connection to the ECM can be made via Bluetooth or USB (FTDI). Make sure your Android device supports one of these two connection methods. This mode allows full customization (add/edit/delete) of dashboard indicators. You can easily drag the indicators wherever you want. You can also add indicators in the format you want: gauge, basic reading, bar chart, or histogram. Colors can be customized along with some styles. Alarms can be set and once an alarm value is entered to trigger an alarm, an indicator can be set to turn red and/or the Android app can vibrate.The app includes some log viewers. One allows you to view your data logs in a scatterplot format, where you can select the X/Y/Z axis in the columns of your data log files. The second one allows you to see your GPS data on a map and can be merged with the third viewer which is the regular log viewer that can show time series of data from any column of your data log files.
